You can collect your order from our shop in Ross-on-Wye for free, or have it delivered to a UK address for a flat £4.99. You choose in your basket, and the cost is always shown before you pay.

Click & Collect
- Free, from our shop at 15 Broad Street, Ross-on-Wye, HR9 7EA.
- Orders are normally ready within 2 hours of payment while the shop is open. An order placed when we're closed is prepared when we next open.

- Please bring your order number (it starts
TBX-and is in your confirmation email).
Delivery
- A flat £4.99 per order. The charge is added at checkout and shown in your order total before you pay.
- We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Our checkout won't accept a delivery address in another country.
- You give your delivery address on the secure payment page.
When it will arrive
We're a small shop and we pack every order ourselves, so we send orders as quickly as we can. We don't offer a guaranteed delivery date. By law, unless we agree something different with you, we must deliver within 30 days of your order. If we can't, we'll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Need something for a particular day? Call us before you order and we'll tell you honestly whether we can get it to you in time.
If something goes wrong
- Hasn't arrived? Contact us with your order number and we'll look into it. Your order is our responsibility until it is delivered to you, or to someone you have asked to receive it.
- Arrived damaged, or something is missing or wrong? Tell us as soon as you can (a photo helps) and we'll put it right. See faulty, damaged or wrong items.
- Out of stock after you ordered? Our website shares its stock with a busy shop, so very occasionally an item sells over the counter at the same moment. If that happens we'll contact you and refund that item in full.
Changing or cancelling an order
Call us on 01989 565322 as soon as possible if you need to change something. You can cancel an online order at any time up to 14 days after you receive it: see Returns, refunds & cancellations.
